Adminstration is unprofessional violated my HIPPA rights discussed all my information at the front lobby in front of all the patients her name is Minnie. The registration never know how to properly check in patients they never ask do you have any changes to your account? And then when you show up to your scheduled appointment is conveniently changed to another time and they had called to a different number on file. I will be changing offices and providers. It’s shame cause. Pcp is amazing.

I just went to the 98 north office and it was 12:30pm which is lunch time but there was nobody at the front to help me and 3 other people waiting at the window. I only trust 2 nurses at this location which is Linda and Mary and the rest of the staff are an absolute joke as well as what they call the site manager!! All I could hear was people in the back laughing and being loud which was frustrating! I trust dr virella and the 2 nurses but the rest of this staff are just making this office bad!

Actually the review is more about AIMC than Dr. Cardona. I went to his AIMC N.98 office last friday at about 4:35 I told the receptionist my symptoms, fever, no appetite, weak, she said I had the flu and that the doctor ( a lady doctor that day) would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Well, never got a prescription. Latter of course I was thinking, why is a receptionist doing any diagnosing? I don't have a fever any longer but still have some of the symptoms which last about a week or two.

I just went to Dr Cardona. He is very good! Very knowledgeable,&friendly.
I was very impressed with him. In fact I met his whole staff. They are very good.
My wife was also very impressed, as she is now switching to him also.

Nice new office in north Lakeland. Wait time about 10 minutes. Dr. Pimentel is courteous and professional. Affordable!

Dr Cardona has a very pleasant demeanor. He's very warm and greets you in a pleasant way. The Dr is extremely knowledgeable about his practice. He is patient and takes time to understand his patients needs. The Dr explains and advises his patients best to his medical abilities, which are superb. The Dr is punctual and most often wait times are less than 15minutes. Dr Cardona'so office uses the latest technology in patient recording history and filing. The office management is very efficient.
