OK Doc. Poor staff
Recently discharged from care. December labs over 12 days for notification. MD asked to call back. Never notified. January refuse to see me even though still septic. Had to defend my right as a person to get seen. Billing discrepancy over copay not posted March misunderstand abt reason for appointment. Asked to speak with management when I arrive. Discharged from care.

  • Staff wasn't friendly
  • Appointment was rushed

The physician himself is great; however his office is horrible!! It is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to a live person on the phone. If you leave a message they do NOT call you back to clarify issue, etc. They do NOT return calls timely. Very poor patient care practices in how they handle/triage their phone calls.
