Dr. Cates and her entire team were absolutely outstanding. As someone that tends to avoid doctor visits for a multitude of reasons, this was a pleasant surprise.From the front desk, to the nurse, to the lab tech, all were very pleasant and extremely good at their jobs. Both a vaccine and a blood draw went so very smooth, I barely knew that happened. As someone that does not love needles, they made the process as easy and painless as possible.Dr. Cates took the time to get to know me and my history, listened, asked questions and put me very much at ease. She has ensured that I will do a much better job with annual visits. This is exactly the kind of experience that in many cases, we are missing but drastically need.Well done and thank you for making it so easy to get on the right path.
