Last week, I visited Dr. Dante C Adan a newborn appointment. I was directed to the laboratory and placed in a queue. However, I had to wait for a long time, which was very difficult with a newborn baby. When it was my turn, I was informed that no test order had been created. I went to the reception desk, but it was lunchtime, so I had to wait again. My baby was crying, and I also needed to pick up my daughter from school, which added to my stress. I was told the order would be created and that I could get the test done within a month. When I returned three days later, I discovered that the order still hadn’t been created. I had to queue again and go through the same challenges. Test orders for newborns should not be forgotten. Babies cannot wait—they need constant care and attention. As a postpartum mother, this experience was extremely stressful and overwhelming. I kindly request that such processes be handled more carefully and efficiently in the future.Thank you.

Terrible visit
My baby was 1 day old visiting this Dr and the appointment was set before I left the hospital due to some concerns we had with her. He showed no interest, was very repetitive in his very generic answers and wouldn’t listen to what I believed the issue could be. This was a complete waste of time. Would not recommend

He made unnecessary comments about my daughter's size. And seemingly referred to mine. Mind you the appointment wasn't even for me. And based on the chart, her weight is within range for her height. It was not an enjoyable experience. Would not recommend.

We love Dr. Adan! Once you get to know him, you realize that he tells it like it is and that's exactly what my husband and I want and need with our two sons. Highly recommend him if you can get over some initial encounters.

We recently moved to Georgia and my son was seen by this doctor for a check up. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The doctor was looking at his computer screen the entire time. Absolutely made no connection to me or my one and a half year old. When I asked questions about his milk intake, he repeated something from the screen about how much milk babies under one year old need - except my son is 1.5 years, not under one. He paid no real attention to us and was quick to leave.
