Not a good experience I have a revision surgury 10/2024 for me the wo4se doctor at mount sinai hospital he only care about money.I do not loos3 weight I almost died.hes not a good doctor please do not go to his office.really bad experience with him omg

Really got the feeling that he cares and takes my problems personally so rare in todays doctors....

I was sent to Dr Sherwinter because all of the other surgeons I went to refused to operate on me saying my case was too complicated and risky. Finally with no where else to turn my doctor told me that there is Dr Sherwinter in Maimonides who takes on even the hardest cases. He called him a surgeons surgeon, the surgeon that other surgeons send their hardest cases to when they are stuck. I had nothing to lose so I went for a consultation. The office was busy but was totally worth it. Once I got into see Dr Sherwinter he gave me all the time in the world and all of the attention. He reviewed my case in the minutest detail and agreed to operate on me. Fast forward he did the surgery I did great was in the hospital for only 3 days (as he predicted) and I am now fully recovered. He changed my life

An arrogant, unfeeling liar. Stay away. There are far better physicians out there.

Excellent experience

Dr. Sherwinter inserted my band for the second time. It was also defective. Clearly he is doing something wrong. He was a terrible doctor and blamed me for his mistakes.

I had surgery with Dr. Sherwinter on 10/23/2017 and I’m so happy I did. When I read the previous reviews I was a tad bit hesitant, but I took a leap on faith and called his office. I received a date for a seminar and it was very informative you meet his PA and other patients, they give you all the tools to begin your process. About a 5days before surgery I met with the doctor, he answers all your questions. My only problem was he’s sooooo busy!

Dr Sherwinter is just a Fantastic Overall doctor, I have been under his care for 2 years now, and am very happy with him both professionally and personal, his approach with me was direct and to the point as well as how much he cares about you, I would recommend Dr. D to anyone I know.

Dr. Sherwinter should be ashamed to call himself a Doctor or a Specialist. He is by far the worst experience I have ever had. His staff is equally inconsiderate and incompetent. All of my visits with him were long wait times. I had several hernias and he could not find 1 of them. Within minutes of seeing another specialist he noticed my issues immediately and scheduled then preformed a successful surgery. This guy wasted 7 months of my time while I was in terrible pain. Stay Away! Zero Stars!!!

The Dr is great ! The staff sucks!!

He is by far the worst Doctor I have ever been to . He has no regard for his Patients time , medical issues or anything else. His office staff is worse then him. He is a Surgeon he should act like one . I received better treatment from my plumber. Stay away from Dr. Danny Sherwinter !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
