After waiting an hour after a scheduled appointment, the office staff left my husband to wait in the waiting room until they returned from lunch. The only thing they told us was, "sorry it's lunch time." Our appointment was scheduled before lunch time. Our family will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Ingram has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is thorough and kind. His Nurse practitioner, Hayley Guthrie is an excellent addition to the practice. All of the staff are friendly, caring and sweet as pie. The receptionists are the best, they are always smiling and very helpful. The nurses and medical assistants are attentive and kind. Hands down best practice around!

Dr. Ingram has been our families general practitioner for over 20 years..he is wonderful! The problem is the receptionists at his office. They are not professional, overly rude and seem to take pleasure in NOT helping his patients. Patients need caring people to answer the phone when they're in need. You will not get that at this office.

Very committed to his patients, takes time to listen, and has been the longest practicing doctor in Prattville. He has a wonderful nurse practitioner, Hayley Guthrie, that compliments his practice. Their office is always friendly and available when I need them
