Dr. Danny Branstetter, MD

This is the first negative review i have ever written on a provider or any entity. I will start with stating that Dr. Brandstetter is amazing. Takes his time to speak with you and ensure you understand what is happening. He calmed a worried mom. However, his staff is absolutely horrible and unhelpful. They do not listen, would not check with him when i told them repeatedly that what they were telling me did not align with what he had told us. Very frustrating. It doesn't matter how great a doctor is if you cannot get to them for help. My daughter has a scarred jaw from a SSI that we now want to try to correct. We want to meet with him prior to that surgery to ensure we don't have another SSI. So far we are two for two (two facial surgeries and 2 SSIs which required hospitalization). One of those SSIs left a deformity along her jaw. What should we do, just go ahead and have the surgery and hope for the best! At least if she does get yet another SSI, then they will make an appointment!

We LOVE Dr. Brandstetter! He’s very thorough, explains what’s going on, what to expect, and what the options are. His bedside manner is outstanding! My father has been in the hospital 3 weeks w MRSA, and every time Dr. Brandstetter walks in the room, dad just lights up. The good doctor treats my father so gently and respectfully. It truly is a joy when he stops by for daily updates, even when the news isn’t good. As for Dr. Brandstetter’s expertise, he is surely one of the best in my opinion.

Arrogant and condescending. Very knowledgeable, but visibly irritated to be asked simple clarifying questions. Seems that any question he regards as challenging his expertise when in fact family is just trying to understand. Needs to learn bedside manner and have some patience and empathy. I would not recommend him.

This was my first visit to Dr. Branstetter. He explained my illness, Asks if I had any questions. He really listens to you.. Did not rush through the appointment. We were very encouraged by him. I felt comfortable the moment I stepped into the office. His office staff is friendly, greeting you with a smile..

Dr. Bransteetter is thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. Very knowledgeable. And a side benefit is that he is completely HOT.
