Cold, immature, laughing at and mocking patientS, eye rolling, no records review before appointment. When called out on her unprofessional and rude demeanor, she immediately says patient has a psych problem. Accidental nasty comments notes to colleauges found in medical records she refuses to remove. If assigned this provider at the va, and you want to be treated like a human being, say NOPE.

Rude and no compassion if you have a rare illness and requires understanding save your self an aggravation.

Great! I love Dr. Panna. She accomplishes a lot in the short amount of time she is probably given for an appointment. Very direct. Doesn't hesitate to make referrals, run the tests needed, etc. Gets things done.

Great communication. Comprehensive in asking questions about well-being each visit. Based on questions and comments during visits, Dr. Panna clearly reviews full chart just before my visit and asks targeted questions including follow-up questions. Would absolutely recommend as a primary care physician. Effective at working with patient - not always the case in Dr. - patient communication/dynamics.
