Wasted my time
Was sent to her by my normal obgyn for a hysterectomy consult with complicated endometriosis and pregnancy history. Commented “wow that’s exciting” when she saw I had a partial molar pregnancy/miscarriage. I know it’s rare but I lost a child. I found that to be completely insensitive and inappropriate. After visit made a follow up appt, but then she called me a week later and said I would be better sticking with St Francis for my hysterectomy. No love lost there.

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Luciano. I was referred to her by my GYN and I couldn't be more happy. She is very attentive and takes the time to really listen about what you have to say and what your concerns are. She made sure to explain everything to me in depth and ease all of my concerns. I highly recommend her! I did, however, not enjoy any of the staff that I came into contact with. They were all very short and seemed to have some kind of attitude or as if they were inconvenienced. And the MA that took my blood pressure and weight and got all of my surgeries and medications was extremely rude. But to have Dr. Luciano as a doctor was 1000% worth putting up with all of that. I HIGHLY recommend her as a doctor if you're looking!

Absolutely love her. She always starts up a conversation, she's always friendly, and when I had my first ever gynecology appointment as a teenager I felt comfortable and much less nervous than I thought I'd be because of her. Highly recommend her!

Went to schedule a annual visit, because it was overdue. No reminders or anything on the sort from this office. Ws told no availability until October in the Bristol location. Girl was speaking with her mouth full of food. Seemed very inconvenienced that she had to Answer the phone or any questions of that matter I made an appointment with a new doctor, and went to pull my records on line, and they had many, many errors and blank spots. I requested they be updated, but nothing at all. Terrible.
