Great Provider!
Dr. Lann is an amazing doctor! I always leave appointments with her feeling like I can trust her and like she cares about me as a person too! I am always impressed with how thorough her explanations are. She takes care to break down all lab findings and images with me so that I understand my results very well. Her support staff are also very helpful and nice as well, and are one of the nicer offices I have interacted with from start to finish!

Dr. Lann exceeds every expectation I've had of an endocrinologist. She uses her generous knowledge and affability to make you feel informed and taken care of, because you will be. The care you get is comprehensive, approachable, always respectful, and refreshingly sincere. I'm so glad and so honored to have met her.

I would never recommend this office nor Dr. Lann to anyone. Unable to get to “see” the doctor after 6 months of getting the run around from the most unprofessional and least efficient front office staffer-Michele. Canceling appointments one hour prior to 3rd attempted appointment only to be misled to gather more tests and results only be told the appointment wasn’t ever rescheduled. Finally secured a fourth and hoping to be final appointment only to get a call back to cancel and told to refer to previous endocrine group! Was rudely informed that I was not able to have an appointment with Dr. Lann, who by the way was my previous thyroid cancer specialist. and my general practitioner repeatedly informed me that I needed to get an appointment with.

I have been her patient since I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer last year. She has been so patient and knowledgeable throughout every visit. She explains all my results in detail, answers my questions and gives me sound advice. I have recommended her to many loved ones and colleagues. I am very thankful to be under her care.

Having thyroid cancer is devastating. Dr Lann is very calming. She helps me to understand what is happening and is very thorough. I feel nothing will ever slip through the cracks. I have recommended her to several friends

Kind, caring and compassionate. Highly knowledgeable, down to earth and incredibly competent. What more could we ask for in a physician? If you or your loved one need an endocrinologist oncologist, don’t waste your time with another practice. Dr. Lann and her office are a team of truly dedicated medical professionals, committed to your care. Thanks for always making me feel like family!

Dr. Lann is very knowledgeable, has a sweet and pleasant personality and cares deeply about her patients. My husband (diabetic) and I (hypothyroid) have been treated by Dr. Lann and her very capable and pleasant Nurse Pratitioner, Loretta Ninavaggi, for over five years now and we are both doing very well and are very satisfied with their service.
