Disappointed
I was automatically transferred as Dr. Beharie’s patient when my wonderful doctor moved. I’ve had a history of miscarriage. I got pregnant and went to Dr Beharie, from first meeting her she seemed to do bare minimum, I made zero connection to her. I decided to see the physician assistant under her the remained of my pregnancy whom which I absolutely loved! I ended up losing my baby at 20 weeks and the day I found out was when they couldn’t find the heartbeat via Doppler. Dr Beharie came in and confirmed without so much as saying sorry, she just said yeah I don’t see anything. I ended giving birth at the hospital she was at and she never even came to check on me, not even after. Here I am having another miscarriage and I reached out to the practitioner who I love and Dr.Beharie responds sending me a generic email with out even saying sorry. I am so disappointed in how I’ve been treated through something traumatizing. I will be switching doctors immediately.

Horrible experience with Dr. Beharie
Dr. Beharie performed a hysteroscopy on me, which led to an infection and a tubo-ovarian abscess. She discharged me before the infection was properly controlled, resulting in a second emergency visit and hospitalization that nearly cost me my life. During my hospitalization, she failed to conduct a physical examination, not even checking my abdomen despite my infection and severe abdominal pain. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this doctor.
