Dr. Daniela Meshkat, MD

She was so condescending and rude. I told her I was struggling with PPD and was a mess and all she kept asking me was “do I care to get better” and telling me that I am doing nothing to help myself when I was asking her for help. I also had PPGT and she decided to cauterize me without evening warning me and as I begged her to stop she wouldn’t and she reiterated again that “if I care to get better then I’ll let her finish”. It was the most painful thing I have endured and she ended up walking out of the room due to me hysterically crying from pain and defeat with her.

I see some harsh reviews here, but I had an amazing experience with Dr. Meshkat - she did a wonderful job on my surgery and always helped alleviate my concerns. Yes she is busy so she may not have tons of time to talk but she is available for video phone calls as well. When it comes to having babies, doctors must err on the side of caution in all cases even if it's not what the parents want to hear.

Dr. Daniel Meshkat is a unique doctor with a fresh perspective. She cares about her patients and is passionate about her profession. I worked in the medical field for many years so trust me I know. She went above and beyond to make sure my health checked out ok. Glad I found an amazing gynecologist I am proud to call my doctor.

Condescending and cold beside manner. Not timely and lacked sense of urgency even when working on-call triage. Failed to recognize signs of labor for my premature daughter despite my and attending nurses insistance. Watch out for this doctor!

Dr Meshkat is an excellent doctor! She's knowlegable and compassionate. I was an RN for over 30 years and I know what it takes to be a good doctor!

I've been to dr meshkat twice. I'm seen regularly for ultrasounds and blood work. first time I was not too impressed. But I was late to the appt and it was mid morning, so I didn't hold it against her for rushing through things. Second time was a completely different story. She sat with me awhile, Answering questions and offering suggestions. Even called me personally with results. Im confident in her abilities, and would recommend her to others.

She made me feel like my decision for wanting a vbac was unvalid. Never tried to understand my situation. Told me I was going to have a big baby when in fact I had a 7lb baby. Good size but not BIG like she was making it seem. Was extremely rude and asked if I could walk during an apt and when I said yes she said it would be a good idea. I was appalled. She never asked if I was excersing or I would have told her yes. I know im overweight but that is no way to treat a patient! Horrible!!

Dr. Meshkat is a friendly energized woman, who seems to know a lot about her profession. She relates with women as she too will tell you some insight into her own ob experiences.
