Calm and reassuring
Dr. Baldi listened to me and was patient in offering suggestions. She reviewed all my information in my file before offering treatment.

Awful.
She has no bedside manner and doesn't listen. There is zero communication between her and her medical assistants which means that there are nothing but mistakes and miscommunication which causes things to take much longer than they should, which is obviously unacceptable when you're dealing with urgent medical issues. If you want a physician who cares and actually listens so they can have a full understanding so as to better help, find someone else. There is so much more I could say because I dealt with nothing but issues and rudeness, which is just so bizarre to me. Honestly the worst doctor and office I have ever encountered in my entire life and this is coming from someone who also works in the healthcare industry. The attitudes of everyone there are miserable and give the impression that they are all better suited for a career at the DMV and the office is filthy, dark, and just generally gloomy. Seriously. Go elsewhere.

I found Dr. Baldi some time ago because my daughter needed a Doctor and Dr. Baldi was in her plan. My daughter loves her, so then I was lucky enough to have my other 2 daughters see the Doctor as well. I like her a lot very thorough. P.S. she is now my Doctor as well...

The worst doctor I have seen in literally 20 years. Got bloodwork done in office but tech forgot to do some tests. Had to go to Labcorp for rest. Told to get a ct scan but nobody in office ever got authorization. Then told after 2 wks they have to see me first after bloodwork, someone else calls back and says why do you need ct scan...office mgr says she will take care of it..call back 3 days later says doctor need s to talk to me..says ct scan approved but facility says for wrong part of body..
