Dr. Daniel Worrell, DO

Last year, my husband broke his tibial plateau along with a severely torn meniscus in his knee. We were not familiar with Dr. Worrell, who was on call that night, but he quickly gained our confidence with this explanation of the injury and the surgery that would be needed. He was honest about the long recovery and the need for ongoing PT. We were amazed that he took the time to make sure my husband knew his options and was comfortable with the surgical plans. He continually set realistic expectations throughout the process but was also reassuring about his recovery. My husband's surgery was a success. Dr. Worrell was even able to 'save' and repair his meniscus. My husband was able to play golf 6 months later. We attribute the success of the surgery to Dr. Worrell's surgical expertise and his excellent ongoing care and guidance. One year later, my husband has no restrictions which is remarkable of his age. We are grateful to Dr. Worrell for his excellent care and communication skills.
