There wasn't a visit. My feet are in intense pain. Based on the recommendations on the Mayo Clinic website with foot pain, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Wooster. It actually surprised me saying that there was an availability the same day, but the next available was a month out. So I went through the process of putting in insurance, filling out information, etc. One minute later, I received a phone call from them. "We're sorry, sir. Dr. Wooster isn't receiving new patients right now." "Then why was I able to book online." I can't even remember the attempt at the receptionists explanation. The best I can recall is something to the effect of an issue with the website that they're trying to resolve. So I went through that process expecting relief from this, to be quickly told that he's not accepting new patients. There should have been an exception made to make this right. I don't believe such treatment should be rewarded with new business.

Maybe it’s because Dr. Wooster and I are close to the same age, but for whatever reason this doctor “got me“ better than the previous 3 or 4 I had seen. he was able to refer and explain to other doctors in a way I could not. ??????????

He is a great doctor who cares for his patients. He will spend more time with you when needed. I don't mind waiting past my appointment time for a doctor I know will spend more time when I have serious medical problems or any bodies medical problems.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Wooster (06/18/2018). Got to the clinic at 2:15pm, had all paperwork filled out and turned in by 2:40pm. Got called back into exam room at 3:15pm. Left exam room at 4:10pm without ever seeing or speaking to Dr. Wooster. Either his staff does not know how to schedule or this Dr. doesn’t know how to manage his time. Will never go back to this office.

My son needed a refill on a common drug. Dr. Wooster gave him several refills for years but my son noticed that the last time he got the prescription there were no refills. He called the office 6 months later for a refill. It took several calls and days to get a response to learn that he had to pay another office visit and new labs again totaling more than $200. Again, no refills. I've had my own quirky experience where he ordered medicine of which his own 2 lab techs said were unnecessary!

I have never in my 48 years of life encountered a physician who charged for his personal opinion. If you have to use a facility like this you need to be prepared for all the extra charges that are gonna appear on you'r bill that the physician did't dare tell you at the time of you'r visit, these are called hidden surprise's. it would of been nice for him, or any of his staff to mention he charges for any suggestions he might make. This bunch might help some people, but regret our visit.

My family has been going to Dr.Wooster for years. He has taken very good care of us. But he is also good to send us to a specialist if he thinks it's needed. He spends time with us, explains in layman's terms what's going on. He is in a practice with 4 other doctors. They have nights and weekends emergency care (no appointment needed).

Does not listen to the patient opinions, and jumps to conclusions! And prescribed medications that had mild adverse effects. Glad I got a second opinion, or the tumor may have been missed, a x-ray missed, a physical examination would have been obvious.

Horrible rude doc! Worst iv ever seen. And the nurses are just as bad. The doc wanted us to come in for a test, waited over an hour for him to come in yelling calling our family liars. Who does that!? And we didnt even get to do the tests!
