Warm, personality, authentic, caring, personal integrity. successfully performed a difficult abdominal operation. Excellent follow up and aftercare. Always there for me when any issue arose. I have complete trust in Dr. Wesche and I am very grateful that he is there for me. I enjoyed conversing with him during visits. I was treated as a person as well as a patient.

Dr Wesche is the best! He actually listened to me. I have been a patient of his for over 10 years. I live in Mesa now but I will definitely travel to Flagstaff for any surgical procedure!

Dr. Wesche is a highly skilled and experienced surgeon yet extremely personable. I have worked along side him as an RN and also had the opportunity to be one of his patients. He answers all questions regarding procedures and is available for patient questions. He explains procedures completely and includes illustrations.

I am over 10 years beyond my bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer and still have follow up visits with Dr. Wesche. He is a very caring physician who listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I never feel hurried. He professionally examines my surgical area, lymph nodes. I then have complete confidence that I am cancer free for another year. He takes seriously not only my physical health but my mental health!

Dr. Wesche is an outstanding general surgeon. He expertly performed the initial vascular surgery to prep for my ALIF L-5 to S1 procedure, leaving an incredibly small incision site. He has an outstanding bedside manner and thoroughly answered all questions before and after the procedure.

Love this surgeon. I am going to be alright.

Absolutely wonderful surgeon. Sometimes even small procedures will take longer than expected; he will find the main problem and fix it then make sure there's nothing else that's an issue in the area. Kind, communicative, truly does care about his patients. I would recommend Dr. Wesche 100 times over and 100 times again.

My wife experience a two problem in 10-15, since being admitted 2-3 times since.. She has developed comjestive heat failure, copd. and other fluid and other chest problems with make it verv difficuct to breath get around on a very short distance, and is unable to the very basics of commom household chores. on 3-31-16 she was as energetic as evev,and completing a job requiring to work 45-55 week..
