Dr. Son is nice enough. Everytime I try to schedule an appointment - it's always 2 months out. There is no urgency on the part of staff, no options, no help - just an unwillingness to engage or assist. I came in with a persistent dry cough, I told them it was not post-nasal drip. The told me it was. I said it wasn't - they did an asthma test...(apparatus=$200 not covered by insurance) After raising my voice, they finally conceded it might be GURDS & prescribed pills....cough went away.

I have been trying to get in and see him as a primary care physician since November 2015. The staff has been rude and unfeeling. I was in major pain possibly a strained muscle, or sciatica in my back. Could not get an appointment until March 2nd. I am accustomed to better treatment in Southern California. I see now why people dread going to the Dr when they are retired. I am neither senile or decrepit. I could have done a better job as appointment setter with no medical experience.
