Dr. Danny Shouhed and his team are incredible. This is a medical practice unlike any other in how they treat their patients and how thorough they are before and after the procedure to make sure you are comfortable, taken care of, and are happy with the results of the process. Dr. Danny is truly the best. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shouhed's staff was the best medical staff if ever dealt with. They were attentive, helpful and gave immediate service. Dr Shouhed was teriffic, also. My daughter presented with Mals, Nutcracker and May Thurners. He carefully evaluated her conditions and decided to not operate because Mals surgery was not necessary. He referred us to other docs who can deal with her other issues. All in all, one if the best interactions with a doc and medical staff I've ever encountered. Highly recommended.

Dr. Shouhed is extremely knowledgeable in his line of work. I knew I was in great hands from the first meeting. He guided me through the bariatric process from consultation to post op appointments. Even taking texts & calls for any questions I had along the way. My surgery was smooth healing from start to finish. He even won the hearts of my 3 friends who came to see me in the hospital.

Dr. shouhed cut a nerve during surgery..now I am unable to eat without a feeding tube..he has done this with other patients I am aware of as well..Run

I had a total of 3 abdominal surgeries in my lifetime. The second surgery was bariatric surgery, and the surgeon would not even consider minimally invasive surgery because he assumed that there would be a problem with adhesions. My 3rd surgery was done by Dr Shouhed. He did a hernia repair that was robotically assisted and minimally invasive without any problems at all. My recovery time was much less than the first 2 surgeries and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Shouhed is one of the most caring and thorough physicians that I have ever encountered. He did not make me feel rushed and took the time to address all of my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Shouhed's office! I was referred for Gallbladder surgery and it was a seamless and easy process from start to finish. Dr. Shouhed is attentive, kind, and very detailed in his responses and made sure I got all my questions (even if I didn't think of them) answered in depth. He also did a fantastic job with the surgery and I'm excited for the minimal scars and getting back to normal life! I also want to shoutout Silvia who I worked with the most for coordination and booking the surgery. Silvia was patient and very kind to me as I was a bit anxious during the process. She was super proactive and I never felt like I was waiting on a response/follow up from her. Dr. Shouhed has a great, well run office and I would definitely recommend them if you are in need of GI surgery or consultation.

I had a bariatric surgery with a different surgeon, after which I was hospitalized over a dozen times in one year with severe abdominal pain and inability to keep any food down. The surgeon insisted that my problems weren't related to the surgery. Finally I got a referral to see Dr. Shohet. After running some tests he performed surgery and found that my previous surgery had come undone, so he repaired the problems. My incisions were so small that they could barely be seen. Now, five months later, I have none of the pain and no vomiting. Best of all, I can eat pretty much anything I want. Dr. Shohet not only saved my life, he listened to me and he truly cared about fixing my problems.

This surgeon not only is the number one surgeon but the best human being and treated my mother like his own. He was attentive, careful and so kind and I really respect and cherish this doctor. He also was mentored by one of the best surgeon in the entire world. He worked with him together for a long time and later on when we asked that surgeon for my mother who to see, he said no doubt the best out there, even better than himself he said is doctor Daniel shouhed. I can see all of the practices, patient care, compassion and attention to detail is so much like The best surgeon in the world that recommended shouhed to us! Dr Shouhed was the only surgeon in LA to listen when I came in for hernia- I had consulted with 6 TOP hernia surgeons prior to seeing him all of them said I didnt have a hernia. Being a woman its so hard for anyone to believe you. I went through 3 unneeded surgeries (hysterectomy, ovary removal, appentecomy) prior to having someone actually care enough to listen. When there were issues after the hernia repair (which in my opinion were NOT his fault) he immediately went back in and fixed it. Th

Having had a terrible experience from a previous surgery many years ago, I was definitely scared to hear that I was in need of another. I'm very thankful to have had Dr. Shouhed as my surgeon. He took his time to show me my CT scan and help me understand what was happening and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. He saved my life along with my A team of doctors.

Dr Shouhed performed my laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal surgery) late Aug 2018. He and his team had excellent bedside manners and my surgery went well without any complications. Not only is Dr. Shouhed an amazing but so is his whole staff. He literally has saved my life and made the whole process a wonderful experience. Emergency appendectomy. Dr Shouhed's bedside manner is spectacular. My appendectomy went without a hitch. He also made sure that there would be no visible scars! Dr Shouhed went above and beyond for me and I'm grateful to have been in good hands.

With severe abdominal pain, I was absolutely blessed to be referred to Dr. Shouhed to address my medical concerns. From the initial meeting Dr. Shouhed made me feel that he was genuinely interested in not just the diagnosis of my problem, but the treatment as well.
