Denied my file with no explanation, I needed dr serrated help and got refused with no explanation. His office staff was rude extremely rude not helpful at all. Was not allowed an appointment to discuss my health issues. There are so many that he sees that are not in need of help yes he will take them and refuse others. This is not a dr a dr should want to help or at least explain why he cannot

I've been going to Dr. Serrato for over 20 years and I wouldn't change doctors for anything. Easy to talk to and he remembers your history so he can treat you properly.

Have been a patient of Dr. Serrato for nineteen years. Without the treatment I receive from him, I would have been in a wheel chair many years ago. He is always kind, compassionate & concerned about me as a patient with multiple pain issues going on. His staff is wonderful...they are human beings just like me & they treat me with loving concern & compassion. I have been 110% satisfied with the treatment given to me by Dr. Serrato & his staff. He has kept me on my feet. I am grateful!

If you don't mind waiting 2 hours to see this guy for 15 seconds and standing in the waiting room because all seats are taken, then go ahead. Practice is a mess from the front desk to billing. Find someone else!

No beside manner. No relationship with his patents. Wait hours to get 30 seconds with him. Feel like cattle being herded. Lacks empathy and compassion. Unpleasant the majority of the time and has been downright rude and disrespectful.

He walks in and spends maybe 1 minute before walking out the door. If you have questions about your treatment, he isn't the one for you. If you speak to his staff , they act like him and don't have time for your questions or concerns. Find a different doctor to treat your pain.

Been a patient a couple years. Put together a planned that worked by second visit. Been pain free since with combination of meds and injecions. Not a psychiatrist. If you need someone to talk to, you came to wrong place. Has vast knowledge of his specialty. Staff is great. VLC
