Top notch experience A++
I join most of the reviewers on here by saying I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Dr. Schuster. I got in fast, Dr. Schuster was very welcoming, took time to listen to everything I had to say. He didn’t rush at any point. He then went over all of my concerns and treatment options. We discussed the short term and long term game plan. I seriously could not be happier with Dr. Schuster. I drove more than 90 minutes to see Dr. Schuster and it was worth every bit of it.

I was a medical mystery and a hot mess when I went to see Dr. Schuster. He was patient and thorough in his assessment and explained the multiple medical conditions that were causing my balance issues and vertigo.

Dr. Schuster is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, regardless of practice. He knows his specialty extremely well, spends ample time with me and thought about (and made referral) possible treatment for symptoms outside of his specialty. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for an ENT.

Amazing doctor! I live in Nashville, but I am willing to drive to Franklin to see him (after some awful experiences with Otolaryngology Associates of TN). Really listens, cares, and is very thorough. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He showed concern for my symptoms and I really appreciated that he called me personally to go over my lab results with me. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Schuster is very thorough and takes time to answer all questions. I had lab work pending and he was thoughtful enough to send a message that he was still waiting on the lab results and wanted to let me know. Most physicians would just let you wait until they had final results. I feel that he is very intelligent and I would highly recommend.
