Intentional misdiagnosis
Dr Peraza covered up his physician's assistant mistake of misdiagnosing me with a psychological disease.. it could have been cleared up with an accurate biopsy but the biopsy was missed on purpose to continue the false narrative that I had a psychological delusion disease which I did not. I have photos available to anyone who wants to see them or please see them.

Dr Peraza and Staff are incredible!
Dr Peraza is amazing. He is pleasant and very knowledgeable. I had a skin lump biopsied by a Dermatologist where I spend the winter. That Doctor advised I needed to have the area burned after the biopsy showed skin cancer cells. By the time I heard that, I was in New Hampshire for the summer and scheduled an appointment with Dr Peraza. He did a wonderful job burning the area and then he looked me over and dealt with several other skin issues. He wanted me to return 2 months later to have the burned area checked and staff scheduled an appointment. The second appointment went as well as the first one and Dr Peraza examined my skin again and treated several more areas. The office staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Peraza and plan to continue appointments with him when I'm in New Hampshire. He is the best Dermatologist I have ever seen.

Unconcerned with Patients concerns
Ignores any patient concerns and shrugs when something doesn't go well.Appointments are rushed and he does not have a dialogue with you. He just rushes through the appointment as fast as possible and doesn't care about your skin health.

The day prior to my appointment with you I called the office to make sure my appointment would a lot enough time to have the procedure as I did not want to pay for a visit that I would then have to turn around and pay for an additional appointment, as you had already seen the spot on my back and indicated you “could remove it if it bothered me”. I was told by the office worker I spoke with that it would therefore I kept my appointment. That was not the case. simply drained it $200 later

After 2 years of being "treated " for gutters psoriasis through a Dartmouth Hitchcock practice and not being listened to I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Daniel Peraza. In 2 months I was clear with medication and topical cream . He listened to me and cared that this was consuming me and affecting my quality of life. I am now able to be seen at the beach.. wear dresses and overall feel so much better. He has been a gift. He treats the entire patient with kindness and compassion. .

Generally happy with consults and treatments. However, not given all information. Looked on patient portal and the information I asked for was but was told to wait on was there--the visit notes said the patient was told x and y, but I was not. This leaves me with some doubt. A potential skin condition was also made to sound much more serious than it actually was.

Generally a good experience. However when I schedule an appointment with the doctor I get there and it is an assistant who takes care of me. I would like to know who I am getting ahead of time. I don't like surprises. They stick pretty close to the assigned times. It is Very busy office so don't expect that they spend much time with you. Also doctor is usually training others with him. But I like Doctor Dan very much and his assistant Kira. Don't miss an app. or they will charge you
