Technically superior and awesome bedside manner

Efficient and pleasant
I immediately liked Dr Park. When he came in to see me he had reviewed my MRI and my medical records so he was well prepared to discuss my concerns and recommend a plan of treatment. I felt like he was very efficient and had a most pleasant bedside manner.

The good surgeon
My original surgeon did a poor job on my surgery and ghosted me. Finding Dr. Park was a Godsend because he explained everything and worked with my other specialists to find the right time to have additional surgeries.

First Consult
Dr Park reviewed my imaging with me after being seen by the Medical Assistant and Physician Assistant. Everyone was thorough and detailed. No push to do surgery right away, and Dr Park seemed to be objective in his assessment. My experience was positive.

I waited a long time over 45 mins . Took forever filling out the form online , for them to not even consider all the info you entered. He was not informative and really just brushed me off . He didn't let me ask questions , so I'm left with more questions . This was not a good visit at all ...
