I left him because of the staff
I have only been his patient for a few years because my doctor retired and he took over. The few times that I have had an appointment, everything was fine. BUT, when I need a prescription refilled, the staff always try to make me come in, even though I'm not due for an exam for another year. I don't think the doctor has any idea they do this, or maybe he does?? I told them Dr. McNeive said I have to come in every THREE years, and I wasn't due to come in until 2024, and then they ignored me. I still haven't gotten a response and it has been DAYS. This is the second time they have done this. I don't think they even read the charts. They just automatically have you come in. It obviously all about the money. Since I'm not a yearly patient any longer and won't be having any more children, I don't matter. I decided if I have to make an appointment just so you can look me in the face while you write a prescription and charge me for it, I'm going somewhere else to do it.

Dr. McNeive is an incredible doctor. He will get you right in and get you properly diagnosed. Dr. McNeive was instrumental in saving my life when I developed Transverse Myelitis. He started scanning me which led to my new primary care doctor ordering an MRI. Office staff is exceptional as well.
