I had a great experience with Dr. Martin. He was great as were the two nurses that were in the procedure room. However I had an issue with the nurse who wheeled me out to the car. She had the audacity to tell me that I could remove my mask if I chose to. She also had the audacity to say the following: “what makes you think you are more exposed than us healthcare providers?” I am a teacher and I am just as exposed as healthcare professionals. I felt pressured into removing my mask despite me saying I have immunocompromised family.

Dr. Martin listened as I described the pain I was having on our first visit. He ordered a X-ray of the spine. It wasn’t clear as to what was causing the pain so he ordered an MRI.
I came back for the follow up visit. He detailed the findings on the MRI & we discussed treatment options.
The staff was friendly & attentive to any questions I had.

If I could give this guy less than one star I would - after waiting weeks for a much needed appointment for a cortisone shot, which takes 20 mins, we show up at the time of appointment only to have them cancel for another two weeks. The lack of empathy was for my father, who is in chronic pain, from the nurse who was brought out to deal with my father was shocking and frankly embarrassing. What a shameful operations.
