Terrible Doctor. Dr. Lewis refuses to sign the Death Certificate of my father who was a patient in his care. Dr. Lewis and his nurse Carla Ramirez refuse to communicate with me, the Greene County Medical Examiner, EMS or the funeral home that cremated my dad. Terrible and unconscionable service.

Since moving to the new location I have had almost zero wait. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr Lewis doesn’t have a lot of hours available but they always manage to get me in. As for actual health card Dr Lewis ha been spot on with all his recommendations and has always been willing to “hear me out” when I want to ask about other possibilities or different directions to go. It is always clear to me that he takes my needs into consideration.
