Listens to everything I say. Very attentive.
Dr. Lee didn’t interrupt anything I said, and let me finish my sentences. I’m almost 75 years old and I have found that doctors have a tendency to interrupt the elderly when we are trying to explain symptoms. But Dr. Lee and Eye Health Northwest have never done that. I really appreciate him.

Personable, patient, and prompt
Dr Lee is the best doctor my mother and I have encountered at Eye Health NW. First, he was actually on time which is a drastic improvement from a previous ophthalmologist at this clinic who often ran up to two hours behind schedule. I nearly lost my job due to her tardiness. Anyway, Dr Lee is friendly and approachable. He moved through the appointment quickly but I didn’t feel rushed. I feel confident that my mom will receive excellent care with Dr Lee.

I appreciated meeting my new eye doctor today. I was a bit nervous since the doctor I’d seen for years had retired. Dr. Lee was a modern day, upbeat professional! I enjoyed meeting him and trust his care and advice.

Office needs to be more efficient in scheduling
For 3rd time, I waited over 2 hours to see the Dr. I was 20 minutes early for the tech apt who does all the machine tests. That person was 20 minutes late as well.

Doctor seemed fine but only saw him for 5 min.
I am getting a second opinion because the eye test seemed bizarre. Tester kept telling me to guess when I could not see the letters. Then wanted me to choose the better of two len options or say “same” when the letters were so blurry that I could not tell. Do not feel I can trust the examination.

he was great!
i was really nervous about the appointment (i have anxiety) and he was very kind and patient with me. he explained everything thoroughly, though simply enough so that i could understand it. he was willing to compromise to assist with my anxiety. really a much better experience than i was expecting to have at the eye doctors! i feel way less scared to go back in the future!

Really 3 minutes only
Well, after waiting for more than a couple months for this appointment. The doctor didn't address my double vision. Honestly, the doctor didn't do much. The tech handled the appointment. I'll know more in a couple weeks when I get my new glasses. I felt more cared for when Vision Works was my in network provider. I felt more cared for when LensCrafters was my in network. I don't really have anything negative to say about Eye Health. It's just that I really can't think of anything good or outstanding to say about Eye Health. My first scheduled appointment was so far off. That I forgot about it, missed it. Had to reschedule. So, I've spent 9 months without glasses. Eye Health became my in network provider on 1-1-2024.September 19, 2024 was the first time I've been seen.
