3 minutes of consult with him. He didnot go through the result at all after waiting for 1:30 minutes in the office. He avoided answering my questions necessary for future complication for a young patient with Glucoma.

In short, Dr. Krivoy is a wonder.
After having been through two previous doctors, one of whom had a God complex and the other, a “get them in and get them out” attitude, Dr. Krivoy was simply a pro who was careful and exceedingly thorough before he agreed to perform both glaucoma and cataract surgery on me, took the time to answer my countless questions and had a great attitude throughout. But once the decision was made, both he and his staff were ultra organized, professional and a pleasure to deal with, including the insanity of insurance companies. The surgeries were totally successful and stress-free. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service from Dr. Krivoy and staff. Dr. Krivoy explains everything in great detail and is open to answering questions. Having eye surgery can be a daunting and anxiety provoking experience. Dr. Krivoy creates a trusting relationship and his caring approach decreases any anxiety.

he may know his ophthalmology but his office staff is rude, stupid, and incredibly nasty. RX was written for me- should have been for 90 days (for $90) instead i received enough for 20 days at cost of $35 dollars. i called drug company and was told that that is how the request was submitted. this is either 1- a mistake or 2- the doctor is stupid…take your pick… my followup visit is for 36 days later than the original visit. i called and the EXACT REQUEST WAS SUBMITTED AGAIN

If you miss the TSA, visit Dr. Krivoy. Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone who values their time. If you have all the time in the world and don't mind spending the day in a waiting room reading year old magazines or staring at your phone, this is the place for you. I spent 3 hours there today - was shuffled around to 2 waiting areas and 2 rooms. Impressed they managed to do a couple of tests even. Eventually got tired of waiting.
