Dr. Hess has consistently been an attentive, courteous, and direct communicator in his role as my orthopedic specialist and surgeon. His clear, concise explanation of my care options and his recommendations made addressing an injury that (initially) completely shocked me in its severity/long recovery process much more approachable/manageable.

Great! I did not think my injury was that serious but Dr. Hess explained, in easy to understand terms, the potential for my hand not to heal properly. I agreed to the surgery. I went home and researched it myself and Dr. Hess was 100% correct. He and his staff quickly set up a surgery date. I am very thankful I had the surgery.

Dr Hess was amazing. He got me right into the his office, showed me the x-rays of my broken arm, explained all possible solutions and let me Talk about my concerns and works with me on the best possible solution available.

Dr. Hess was thorough in explaining options for treating my fractured radius, showing me the C-T scan. Surgery was immediately scheduled. Blood work was promptly ordered; lab staff who drew blood was professional, courteous and kind. I felt well cared for by all.

He listened to my concerns re pros and cons of having the procedure done. Was patient with my questions and thoroughly answered all of them. I didn't feel at all rushed during the entire visit.
