Doctor Hebert is an extremely skilled and highly competent orthopedic surgeon. I have had several surgical procedures performed on me by Doctor Hebert as a result of wounds and injuries I received in Afghanistan. Doctor Hebert was highly regarded for his service as a Naval Officer and orthopedic surgeon at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and for serving as a combat surgeon in support of United States Forces in Afghanistan. Doctor Hebert has a great bedside manner for his patients
