Dr. Gruenberg treated me for breast cancer 18 years ago. He was always very knowledgeable, kind and patient. He explained everything so I could understand what was happening and why. I actually looked forward to seeing him. He always encouraged me and made me feel I could beat the cancer. I am still a survivor and am technically cured now. I would highly recommend Dr Gruenberg for anyone.

Dr. Gruenberg did a great job. I would recommend his service to anyone in need of specialty blood work diagnosis and treatment. He was able to refer me to OHSU for the specialty testing that I needed to have and was able to work with my team of Doctors to be sure that the same complications during surgery did not happen again. His expertise was greatly appreciated. I am now having my daughter tested for this same genetic problem. Couldn't have done it without him!

From my first visit going forward, Dr. Gruenberg and staff have provided exceptional service. He has shown wonderful knowledge, compassion, concern, warmth and friendliness that I appreciate very, very much. He is awesome and irreplaceable in my opinion.

Probably the most competent, compassionate Dr I have ever had. I saw him first 17 years ago as an oncologist for my breast cancer and during the last 10 years as a hematologist for a blood disease. I trust his judgement and his research, but he also allows me some say as to what I will and will not do. He is very open to alternative therapies and treatments . He is the only oncologist that I have only heard positive things about from other patients.
