I need a new PCP
Since I transitioned over to medicare, the treatment I get has gotten steadily worse. They even lied to me recently about the tests they were performing! Add to that their increasing attention to the Esthetics side of the business, and I'm taking my business elsewhere, to find someone who actually cares about my health, and above all, listens! If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I have been seeing Dr. Ghiyam for nearly 12 years. He has been a great Dr, until recently. He is overbooked, seems not to care about his patients' medical care as much as in the past, would rather you see his Physician's Assistant's, who I refuse to see because I have received poor medical care from them in the past (prescribed a medication I am allergic to). His newer nurses and staff are lazy, not proficient in their duties, and seem careless. Most recently, I was supposed to have a 12-hour fasting blood draw for a physical and a COVID test. There was so much confusion about the appointment that they could only do a COVID test. It was a complete waste of time and Dr. Ghiyam screamed at me for wasting his time.

My family and I have been going to the medical offices located on Los Angeles Avenue for over three DECADES. Suddenly, our family physician retired. In comes this young doctor. Immediately my guard went up, especially because I have 3 daughters, my wife and a son. I figured that I would meet him, get to know him and then make a decision. It did not take long for me to see that Dr. Daniel Ghiyam would be the PERFECT DOCTOR for my entire family. He is highly educated and has an amazing ability to apply his intelligence and more-so, articulate to us in such a way that we actually "understand" what the doctor is saying. His goal is never to appear to be the "smartest guy in the room," just, the most caring! Dr. Ghiyam has been our family doctor since the day that he has taken over the practice. Class personified. I rarely "rate" people.....Dr. Ghiyam (and his staff) are a 10+. TRULY.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ghiyam's for over 17 years and I've never been to a better Doctor (intentionally capitalized). Nor have I ever seen a more sincere, personable and compassionate physician. Dr. Ghiyam's physician's assistant, Jessica, is a huge asset to this team. From those in the office, Cindy, Pat and Brandon to the nurses, this is a quality practice. I'm no longer in Simi Valley, but continue to have him as my primary care physician as he and Jessica are worth the 1.5 hour drive

terrible office, horrible upfront staff, get mad when you question them at all, make you come back multiple times so they can get deductibles, and another visit they can charge for.
