Dr. Freedberg is not only incredibly knowledgeable in his field, but also takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. He listened attentively to all of my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What truly sets Dr. Freedberg apart is his compassionate approach. He made a potentially stressful experience much more manageable with his calm and reassuring demeanor. The entire staff was friendly and professional, ensuring that all of my needs were met. Excellent
Both Dr. Freedberg and the support staff were excellent. I was processed on time and everyone was professional and compassionate. Dr. Freedberg was very intelligent and compassionate and communicative. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Freedberg once through a video call (because of COVID) and he prescribed me medication that made me ill. I reached out via the messaging portal in MyChart shortly after taking my first few doses and didn’t hear a response. The medication/symptoms were worsening and I reached out again and didn’t hear a response. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back (and the office has read my messages because it indicates that). Do not use this doctor if you’re expecting someone who will be responsive.
