Miracle hand Dr.
To me Dr. Firestone is a miracle Dr. that really knows what he is doing. I was told 10 years ago that from a prior carpal tunnel that another Dr. did not do the procedure right that the palm of my hand was going to be numb for 10 years or more as there is a possibly that my feeling could come back. Well it did not and at the same time it felt like my wrist was being put in a vice grip and it just kept on being squeezed tighter and tighter every day. Thought I was going to have to live with it the rest of my life until Dr. Firestone came along. He fixed my hand. I now have feeling in the palm of my hand and my wrist does not feel like it is being squeezed to death each day. I tell everyone about Dr. Firestone that has any hand issues that they have to see him as he is the best ever.

Dr. Firestone is an excellent and understanding physician and surgeon He listens well and works to correct my wrist issues.He has a great personality and I always leave his office feeling like I had spent time with a great friend who cares about my health.I have recommend him to others who have been amazed by his care.

I had surgery to improve hand/arm pain in 2022 to mitigate damage due from a dog bite from 2014. The relief I have experienced in the last year has been life changing. It will never “go away” but I am living my best life now with the surgical intervention preformed by Dr. Firestone. Do the procedure and follow through with the work and enjoy your new life!

Carpal tunnel release
Dr. Firestone and the nurses at both Bellevue and Village point answered ever question i ever had with clarity and confidence. They were so helpful and kind the entire process, and I feel so good post op. The incision site is precisely stitched with great care and hasn't given me anything but relief. Such a kind, professional doctor and my favorite ortho specialist!

Was in a room waiting to see the doctor 10 minutes early. He was pleasant, kind and informative. Staff was pleasant and didn't waste time. Great experience, wi continue to see him.

I switched to Dr Firestone and had a good experience. I got a letter in the mail saying he was no longer with CHI lakeside hospital. I would like to find out where he moved to so I could get my wrist surgery done by him.

Dr. Firestone did a Carpal Tunnel Release on my 86 year old Mother. He made her feel so comfortable about having the surgery, and I was equally comfortable having him as her doctor. His "bedside manner" is just awesome! If I'm ever in need of an Orthopedic (hand) surgeon, I will most certainly go to him! PS...the surgery went very well, and she is doing just fine!
