Horrible experience
I am 36 and for the last two years I have been having horrible inflammation and pain in my joints that has become so bad that is it affecting my mobility, my sleep and weight. My regular doctor referred me to this “doctor “ …. Just to be told by Ene-Stroescu that all my problems are that I am fat and my pain wasn’t actually pain. Without really doing any examination he spent 90 % of the appointment lecturing me on intermittent fasting even though I told him that I already have been doing that for a year but I didn’t start gaining weight until after the inflammation/ pain had started.

Not sure what happened with those one star reviews. I made an appointment to se Dr. Ene Stroescu and was seen quickly by rheumatology standards. He came in and listened to my long history and asked a lot of questions. He went down a list of several medications and offered a recommendation. He is definitely a doctor who likes to work with patients who want to participate in their own care. If you want to go a doctor and be told what to do, this is not your doctor. He likes participation.

I would give negative stars. I saw him in 2016. He told me that the pain in my hands was just old age. I was 49 yrs old. Thank God I didn’t accept his explanation. I have been treated for inflammatory arthritis by other doctors. It is worth the wait to see another rheumatologist. This doctor shouldn’t be practicing medicine.

Sometimes hard to get a hold of by phone. Dr. Ene-Stroescu did an excellent job explaining my condition and treatment plan. He always does a through exam with every visit.

Why would an honest caring doctor not tell you that the fee for your appointment is more then what is charged at time of service.. and he doesn't listen. This doctor makes me want to be a r.a. doctor. If i can make millions off of being rude uncaring and disrespectful. I bet if you ask him what disrespectful is he would have to ask the doctor he cheated off of to get where he is now.

Rude-Interupted appt with several private phone calls. Charged $400 on top of $600/mo plan to say illness is likely age related and I should see someone else for treatment. Took away prescriptions that other doctors had provided. I honestly find it difficult to believe that he is a real doctor and would give ZERO stars rating if allowable.

I called for an appointment and was able to get in the week I called. The staff were helpful and the office was clean. I really didn't even have time to sit down when I was called back to be seen. He answered all of my questions and we agreed on a plan. This isn't my first first encounter with Dr. Ene-Stroescu, I've seen him for two other issues over the last 5 years. Have always been happy with his care.

It took me 2 months to get an appt. I thought my appt was for 1:30PM and I showed up at 1:12 PM only to be told by a very rude office staff that I was late and that the Dr. would not see me and I would have to re-schedule. I told them I was only 12 minutes late and that it was a mistake on my end as I thought my appt was 1:30P when it was a 1:00 Pm appt.I told them that I would not re-schedule for another appt and I would go elsewhere. Very Rude of both the staff and the Dr. Ene-Stroescu
