Rude Staff
I spent 2 days calling to speak to a human. Each time, a recorded message came on stating they are busy with patients to press 1 for appointments. Each time I pressed 1, when the prompt came on to record a message, it said I was unable to leave a message in their system. When I finally got through to a human, I explained what was going on with their phone system and was talked down to. I was told 'well no one else has a problem with it. Are you pressing the right button?'. I am capable of following prompts. There is an issue with their phone messaging system. Instead of listening to me, I was treated like I'm stupid. After 5 years of the consistant rudeness of his staff, I'm finding a new doctor.

Dr. Ead a DEDICATED DOCTOR
When walking in the door of the office I was greeted by members of a dedicated staff. Dr. Ead is a kind, listening, knowledgeable and professional man. His staff follows his lead. In the exam room I was not rushed but treated with respect as a person who had concerns about my health. Dr. Ead put me at ease about my treatment in lay terms easily understandable. I highly recommend Dr. Ead!

I travel to be under his care
I was recommended Dr. Ead several years ago from two friends that had to undergo total prostectomies after a cancer diagnosis. My PSA was elevated and I wanted expert experience if needed. I found Dr. Ead to be very knowledgeable. I felt listened to. He didn't panic and he charted a course for me. Fortunately I am fine as of today and I continue monitoring. I moved hours away from South Florida but I continue to travel a couple of times a year to his office to remain under his care. That's how much I think of him.

Excellent doctor and office staff
Learned I had a 6cm kidney stone at the emergency room and was referred to Dr. Ead. He found I actually had 2, one that was causing the pain was in the ureter (and smaller one in the kidney not causing any problems at the moment to be dealt with at another time). He thoroughly explained everything, set up an appointment and removed the stone with a ureteroscopy procedure as an outpatient a few days later. The stent that was put in afterwards he removed in the office 2 weeks later. I read online about possibility of lots of fragments of stones and some bleeding after, but the most I ever saw looked like tiny grains of pepper I couldn't even save they were so small and few. At the outpatient clinic afterwards all of the nurses there spoke so highly of Dr. Ead, and I couldn't agree more. If you need a urologist, I couldn't recommend anyone higher. His office staff is also excellent - friendly, helpful, professional, caring.

Dr. Ead cares for you like family.
I am blessed to have had Dr. Ead walk into my hospital room. His exceptional bedside manner immediately made me feel cared for. Putting my mind at ease as he drew a picture of my kidney, and thoroughly explained my options based on size and location of my numerous Kidney stones. The following morning, a Saturday, he blasted the most problematic stone. Dr. Ead cleared my obstruction ensuring my kidney was able to drain while also relieving the source of my pain. What a top notch urologist! They should let him leave his cape on in the O.R. he is a hero!

Dr. Ead saved my life.
My PSA was through the roof. Even though most Urologists will not do a biopsy on anyone over 80, Dr Ead said that if Humana would approve it that he would do it. It was approved. The biopsy showed that I had deadly cells in 1/4 of the prostate, another 2 quarters were not good. I probably had 2-3 yrs to live. He recommended a Oncologist and after 45 radiation treatments my cancer was gone and my PSA was 0.14. Would I recommend Doctor Ead? YOU BET YOUR LIFE. I would give him 10 stars.

Dr Ead cares and pays attention to details
Let me just say that Dr. Ead cares. I had a kidney stone that i decided I was going to let pass naturally. However the stone backed up the urine into the kidney which in turn started an infection. Dr. Ead kept a very close eye on the blood tests while I was trying to pass the stone on my own and caught the infection very early. He did emergency surgery so that the infection did not get a chance to take hold. Needless to say I was fine the next day with no complications. I can't recommend Dr. Ead enough. His eye for detail is second to none.

Best of Four
I am 80 and have had four Urologists and 3 urology operations. Dr. Ead is the best. In several visits, he diagnosed a growth that others had missed. Right after surgery, he was so good to show me pics of the obstruction removed. Four days later, I felt great and now pack a firehose. My visits to the "water-closet" are quite short now. Thanks, doc.
