Dr. Daniel D'Amore, MD

I was an ER patient at a Northeast GA Medical Center campus. The day before this visit I had fallen and broken my fibula and tibia. My initial visit the day before was outstanding care. They put me to sleep to manipulate my distorted foot in a forward position until I could have surgery. I made an appointment for the next day with an orthopedic surgeon. I had to CRAWL from my house to the garage & by the time I got into the car I was in unbearable pain. We called the orthopedic surgeon the NURSE recommended I forego the appointment & go straight to the ER. Dr. Seth & my nurse Tucker were very kind. Suddenly my curtain flings open & this greasy guy starts blasting me. He says if I thought I was going to show up in the ER & get fast tracked to surgery I was wrong. I told him the Dr office sent me. He screams I let a receptionist dictate my care & says next time keep your damnappt. I find out he is the ER DIRECTOR! I filed a complaint about his behavior. He represents NGHS: DO BETTER!
