Outstanding care!
I have been seeing Dr. Choi for a few years now. Every time I go in, the whole experience is First Class. The staff is professional, friendly, and kind. Dr. Choi is extremely knowledgeable in the art of Pain Relief. He expertly administers the care I need and makes it so I can live my life as comfortably as possible. The BEST!

Visiting from the States and my back went out on me and I needed a epidural steroid injection, badly. The front office was of zero help. They wanted a referral from my doctor, which I managed to set up via teleconference. Not good enough. Rachael, the front office SS guard demanded a fax. A fax! My doctor doesn’t use fax machines any more. That turned out to be my problem. Never was able to get the shot so was in pain the entire vacation.

Dr Choi has managed my severe back pain, without pain drugs, for over 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and caring.

I was refered to this pain clinic because of the limited option I have through Obamacare. I have double hernia, sceduled for surge and a 2 week old MRI which clearly states that I have advanced degenertive disc in my lower back and advanced arthritis in my neck and mid back. When I sit down, I immediately have paralysis in both of my feet and the pain is excruciating. He percribes me 3 Norco 10/325's per day. He tells me that I shouldn't see a Nero surgen and should be treated with injections. B

While I think Dr Choi is well versed in his field his staff and office are difficult to deal with. Calls are returned but days after a message is left. I had an SI injection I don't recall being asked my pain level nor called on my progress. For me personally I don't feel this is good customer service. I feel this facility is too busy to treat their patients in a specialized way, you are made to feel abit like you are just a number.

The procedures and options were not explained. I had to call repeatedly to get someone to call me about my MRI results. I was required to schedule an appointment with a Nurse to have the MRI results given to me. The nurse told me nothing more than what was in the MRI report. I then had to schedule with Dr. Choi. Dr. Choi admitted he had not even reviewed the MRI report and he began injections. I did not have any relief. I had a far superior experience with Valley Pain Clinic Dr. Church!
