Dr was great, office staff not so much. Waiting an hour only to find out they had not verified my insurance. Instead of letting me know, I had to ask them what was the issue.

I've been going for pain management at Resolute Pain Solutions for about a year. I'm an older female patient that has struggled with knee pain, back pain and shoulder pain for a number of years. I've been told, by several doctors, that I should have knee replacement surgery. I'm very reluctant to get that procedure because of my age and because I have fibromyalgia. Dr.Battaglia suggested a knee injection procedure. The procedure was done at a surgical center about 4 months ago. I'm very happy to say my knees are so much better and that I am able to do things that I haven't been able to do in a long time. Dr. "B" is my kind of doctor, he understands me and he listens to what you have to say. I'm very happy with Dr.Battaglia and the staff at Resolute Pain Solutions.

He explained my mri and what was causing the pain I was having. He was very thorough and took his time .

I was scheduled for my epidural and was taken right on time and I had arrived early. From front desk to exit all was professional, and efficiently executed. I only have my last office to compare it to, and they are well ahead of others when it comes to empathy and professional concern.

Severe, chronic pain is a difficult issue. Many, I must say most, providers treat the suffering patient like a common criminal, or a weak, troublesome, unrelenting, neurotic. Dr Battaglia is empathetic and knowledgeable. A true blessing! and so greatly appreciated.

From the moment I arrived, the girl at the frontbdesk was welcoming. The next young lady I dealt with took my blood pressure and gathered my information and was also extremely welcoming. When the Dr came in, he showed concern for my total health. He is the first Dr to be honest with me about what smoking is doing to me and made me confident enough to try for the umpteenth time to stop. He was very professional, and took the time to explain all the questions I had. I felt cared for by someone who is truly concerned for my health. I would highly reccomend Dr Battaglia and his staff.

Three visits: Two in office one at surgical center. All are recommended highly. The nurses at the surgical center were very impressive.

I suffer with a number of issues with my back from a spinal stroke, spinal stenosis and numerous bulging disc. I appreciate how the Drs and staff take the time to listen to me. My conditions are ever changing and they’ve come to understand that about me. We sit and try to figure out how to best treat me. They have given me more relief than I was getting from my neurological team and I’ve been able to avoid more surgeries

He’s always willing to listen and taking the time necessary fo make me feel comfortable with my treatment.
