When I lived in Brookings, OR, Dr. Smith did my 4 implants over a period of several hours. While the sounds and smells were sometimes less than pleasant, the process was pain free. I had some bruising and pain during recovery but nothing drastic. Dr. Smith went on vacation the following day and still he called to check on me from his destination. A number of years later I have moved to Vancouver, WA and have an awesome dentist here who gave Dr. Smith's work kudos! I highly recommend his work
