If there was zero star I would have chosen that. My dad needed prostate surgery which was postponed and postponed since December excuse was COVID. He remained on catheter waiting. The staff is horrible and very mean. My dad’s surgery was postponed again one day before the surgery scheduled date for no reason. Also post surgery appointment was 3 weeks after surgery which caused us emotional distress since biopsy results should be discussed. They never called back even for emergency messages. And after all this wait, we went three weeks after surgery which was not performed to be told that we were referred to a specialist after 6 months wait with a catheter.

Dr. Scott has been seeing my husband nearly a year now. He continues to have all symptoms as day one. She provides the least amount of information, appears annoyed when asked questions, she does does not provide test results unless asked, in which she has the staff give results. Shows zero concern for patient. My husband had a minor office procedure that he’s had before elsewhere which was done professionally. Dr. Scott insisted I wait outside when husband wanted me in for support. She wasn’t even considerate or professional enough to have Medical Assistant in room. In addition, Office is Overbooked every visit, wait is over an hour at least, rooms reek of spilled urine, and waiting area is tiny usually leaving patients to stand. Many more things to add unfortunately...

Yes Dr. Dana Scott has been helping me for a little bit over a year I do not see any difference. The reason for my visit with her was because my prostate was inflammated but it’s been a little over a year and I don’t see any improvement. She just keeps giving me a different medication that’s all. Therefore I was forced to change doctors . Not satisfied at all with her level of experience .

I have been to this office a couple of times and it has been a month and the Dr has not given md my results. I call everyday and all you get is voicemail and nobody returns calls very poor service. As of today, I have no idea whAt symptoms I have because nobody will get back to me and I have not been told what's wrong after a month of prescribed any medication.

I came in with problems of frequent urinary tract infections, and absolutely nothing got resolved. I was told that I needed to get a cystoscopy done, so I scheduled that appointment because I really wanted to see if I was damaging my kidneys with my UTIs. Not only did the doctor gossip about office issues with the nurse during the cystoscopy, I was given zero results of what she found. Then left with a $400 bill. On top of that, the waiting room is tiny & dirty, and always standing room only.

Wait time was a bit long but once with Dr. Scott I knew that a visit with her was worth the wait. She knew what she was talking about and seemed to actually care about me and my problem. I've visited her six times and this point about my enlarged prostate and she even did my surgery. My surgery went smoothly with no complications and my recovery was quick. Dr. Scott is unlike any doctor I have ever visited before, as she is kind and caring. I love Dr. Scott and am extremely thankful for her!

She was great! My best experience with a doctor yet. She took the time to gain an understanding of my problems and discussed solutions that none of the other 2 urologists had considered. I guess the third time was the charm!!!

I have a 5.6 cm prostate and suffer from urine retention. I was at her office 4 times and was given medication to help urinate, but is not working. I have been trying to schedule an appointment and the name of a Karla as contact comes up, but messages I have left several times have not been returned with no positive results. Karla, you are a shame at Dr Scott's staff and do not see people as sick humans, you should be ashamed. I am sorry I ever stepped at this place.
