Dr. Heikes, along with his staff, were amazing! Prior to my surgery, the doctor was very professional and helpful in answering any questions that I had. The level of care that was provided with phenomenal, as well as the aftercare follow up. One of the nurses called me every day for a week to check it. In my opinion, they are top notch!!!! Highly recommend

I found Dr. Heikes un-professional. For example: The day surgery he told me under anesthesia that he may not "tack" any lower abdominal muscles (and he didn't). He did lipo and removed a very small slice of skin from my abdomen. Leaving surgery, Dr. Heikes came out to car with paperwork for my sister to sign on the window shield of the car and gave after care instructions at that time. Told him anesthesiologist was shaking so badly he missed my vein. He said "You woke up didn't you."

So glad I went to Dr. Heikes. He's an extremely capable surgeon and kept me informed and at ease. Provides excellent follow-up after the procedure. Appreciated his caring and compassionate bedside manner.
