She is very rude and disrespectful. I was late 3 minutes with a reasonable excuse and she refused to see me. I waited for 2 months and spent 2 hours in public transport in vain.

Before I saw Dr. Hayden, I had suffered for almost a year with a scary and uncomfortable issue that other doctors were unable to diagnose. She diagnosed it correctly almost immediately, and she also put into place a clear, concrete plan of action for what we would try in order to fix it. Going to the doctor for these issues is never pleasant, but she makes you feel as comfortable as you possibly can be in that sort of situation. Highly recommend. Please note: she's now at RUSH, not Loyola.
