Would not respond, still no answer
My mother passed away from stage 4 cancer and we had no clue it had progressed. We tried for months to call (on hold for hours at a time, left messaged) and get answers but no one return our calls. I took her to emergency and she never left, even while in the hospital the staff could not get the her status and she passed 4 days later confused, not knowing her cancer never left. One phone call to let us know her status could have giving our family time to say goodbye, no family should be treated like thar.

Dismissive
When I scheduled a second appointment to ask Dr. Chase additional questions prior to a scheduled surgery, she not only got my medical records wrong (saying I was HPV positive when in fact I was negative), but she treated my legitimate concerns like they were bogus. She was dismissive and she acted like I was a conspiracy-theorist when I was simply asking how the surgery would impact my future intimate life with my spouse.

No, I would not recommend her at all. Such a disappointment. I felt like just a number she didn’t care about, including all the complications from surgery that she had a part in creating, and that still continues today. I am still not healed and yet she has no interest in seeing that I am. It’s been months since the surgery and I should be healed by now. At my last visit with her - she had SOMEBODY ELSE do the exam. When they told her I was still unhealed, as I had been telling her, she then did an entire SECOND exam. It’s not bad enough to have one? This shows you her lack of interest in her own patients. She only came in to see me because she had to after the first negative exam. Who does that with vaginal exams? Not cool at all and an example of her lack of Dr/patient relationship. It’s not only that, but a lack of real concern for her patients when they tell her something is wrong. She simply dispels concerns as drama, even if it’s a real issue. Not what I hoped for at all.

Dr. Chase was very attentive and professional. She did my vulvectomy and will do another in the near future. She is highly regarded by her staff and was recommended to me by Dr. Borst who has retired. I thank Dr. Chase and the AZ Oncology staff for keeping me healthy.

I have been seeing Dr. Chase for cancer follow ups since 2017. She is very thorough, caring and personable. My last appointment was with an associate Dr. Bridget Harp. She also is someone I would recommend. Also thorough and personable.

Telehealth is awesome, especially for those that live out of town. I love Dr. Chase, she is everything a Dr. should be. She is always willing to just sit and listen if that is what I need. Most important I trust her implicitly with my health .

Dr. Chase was e trembly knowledgeable, kind, caring, and patient with all my questions. I don’t normally bond with lots of physicians. I had surgery for the first time in 25 years with her. She did a superb job, and also spent time answering all my questions on my Post-Op visit. I would recommend her HIGHLY to any woman who needs this kind of care.

Dr. Chase is simply the best. Communicates well, listens to your concerns, and clearly offers treatment options. Her surgical skills are impressive. My July 29 surgery left me with very neat incision sites, great follow-up care, and a quick recovery. AZ Oncology's staff is cheerful, efficient, and seems to share Dr. Chase's objective to get patients better quickly with as little pain as possible.

Was treated like a number with Dr. Chase her office staff was very insensitive and rude. I was hospitalized and was told she would call us as a courtesy follow up since we never got to see her. She never called us, I was left in the dark. I had a massive tumor attached to my uterus. When i called the office the staff couldn't care less. I switched to a more empathetic Dr. with excellent staff he is the Dir. of the GYN oncology division at Scottsdale healthcare. He removed my tumor within a week.

Dr. Chase made me feel well-informed about my cancer: answered all of my questions, let me know the different options for treatment and what would be the best treatment for me. She was straight-forward about my condition (which I appreciated). As busy as she is, she always made sure my questions were answered and didn't rush through the appointments.
