Front desk receptionists are very unprofessional. Called to find out if my examen results were ready and asked questions that I already asked before but I was confused about. The receptionist kept going back and forward stating that we had already discussed that on my last visit with an awful attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cernea's for at least 20 yrs. I have been made to feel like family, not only by the doctor, but by her staff as well. Everyone is respectful and above all kind and understanding. Jennifer, whom I have known the longest, is like a second daughter!
Dr. Cernea has never made me feel rushed, has listened and explained fully my medical check-up results; has followed through whenever necessary.
As I have told her many times - wherever she goes I will follow!

Dr. Cernea is a force to be reckoned with. She has a lively energy and cuts to the chase to identify my problems. I don't feel like she wastes my time and she explains medical issues very simply when I need to know and understand things. My whole family goes to her and I trust her with our lives.

This doctor is not helpful or caring towards what you are going through. Instructed me to not look at my symptoms as if that will treat them. Find another MD!

She is very rude, i don't recommend her at all. Not companionate, not knowledgable. She's very unprofessional and calls patients crazy. I physically have symptoms and she said to just go home. What kind of doctor does that?
