Dr. Dana Brownell, MD

It took numerous attempts to get an appt booked. I only persisted because I had gift cards to use. Please not that this facility also inappropriately added sales tax to the gift certificates. For those of you who aren't aware, according to the CT State Dept of Revenue services, gift certificates are not subject to sales tax. The receptionist did not properly schedule one of my daughter's treatments so there was no time allotted for it. They stated my credit card didn't go through even though it did and I had to send them a screen shot. My facial treatment came out awful. I sent the office manager who doubles as the doctor's husband a picture. He said he would email me a gift certificate as an apology which he never did. He said he would show the pic to Dr. Brownell and have her call me. She never did. I had to go to another practitioner to fix my face. I filed a credit card dispute and now they are accusing me of 'theft of medical services'. Visit was a disaster from beginning to end

Dr Dana is amazing. She is knowledgeable, takes her time, listened and makes sure she is giving you the best treatment. Would not trust my face with anyone else !
