Left Dissappointed After Years of Service
I am extremely dissappointed in my experience with Dr. Broussard. I have been a very happy patient for 5-10 years with Windermere Allergy and Dr Broussard. I am a paramedic, so the doc allowed me to come in every 6 months for new vials, and take them with me. In the past, the most I ever paid for a visit with vials, was $252. I've had my appointment scheduled for 9/15/23 for weeks. When I scheduled, I informed them I needed an appointment, including new vials and shots (standard when getting new vials). A couple weeks prior to my appointment, I was receiving texts from an unknown group called Pediatrix. I had to google the name and call them to find out that Dr Broussard moved into their practice. I found out they moved earlier this year, and I was never notified. The week of my appointment, I received an email informing me my appointment was going to cost around $145. The morning of my appointment, I received a call that it was going to be $382. I needed my appointme

Former Patient
She is not a good doctor. Seems to be just going through the motions with patients. Saw her for more than two years only because her office was convenient. Then one day her nurse calls and says they are having insurance problems and do not come in anymore for allergy shots. That was it. No further explanation or referral to another doctor. My advice is stay away.

Does Not Care About Patients
I was a patient of hers for about a year and though never impressed it was a convenient location. She did sell her practice and that is when I found out how little she cared about her patients. She failed to inform me of how much higher the cost would be for the same services she had been providing. And she never responded to any questions I had the last few months of my time with her. The group she is with now is one of those large impersonal medical practices that are very unpleasant. Stay away from this practice is what I would recommend

this could be the best doctor on the planet but we will never know bc i called to make our appointment after being referred by our Dermatologist and was given the runaround and a lie from the receptionist regarding insurance. i hung up the phone and proceeded to call a different Internist, who's receptionist was not only lovely, but lacked the laziness and attitude of the first. I suggest acquiring staff who are qualified to handle their workload without taking shortcuts, as most educated people will see right through that and look elsewhere, especially when it comes to the care of their children.

After a slight snafu with my appointment, the staff and doctor did an amazing job and appropriate time explaining details. With a strong plan of action to determine cure.. A Doctor who cares about her clients. NOT another money hungry processing medical office.

Dr. Broussard-Perry is very patient and thorough. She is always open to hear what I am going with my body and not quick to judge and make me feel I'm wrong. She is very knowledgeable on the latest medical information. I highly recommend her to any one who wants personalized treatment, a clean and bright atmosphere and a doctor who listens and believes your report of your body. She will seek out knowledge to make the right treatment. If she doesn't know, she will say and go the extra mile.
