Dr. Dana Baras, MD

Dr. Dana Baras is amazing. I went in for my annual check up . She is so nice , warm , easy to talk to and thoughtful . Her bedside manner is just awesome . She was very thorough explained every thing to me . Dr. Baras definitely goes the extra mile to advocate for her patients. She the best I am so glad I found her. Her staff is amazing as well I spoke . Kelly is the best

Dr. Baras is an incredible doctor. I’ve seen her for several years (prior to her joining Capital Women’s Care and at CWC for my most recent pregnancy). I trust Dr. Baras for her medical expertise and equally appreciate her ability to validate patient concerns. I had a lot of anxiety (that’s putting it lightly!) this recent pregnancy and I always felt comfortable brining any and all concerns to her. She delivered my daughter a couple of weeks ago - couldn’t ask for a better doctor to have in the delivery room! She is exceptional- I always recommend her to friends and family!

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had with a medical practice. I would give zero stars but google will not let me do it. Let me recount my full experience. I entered the Signature Ob/Gyn office few minutes before my appointment time. The lady at the check-in counter (wish I got her name, she was bespectacled) gave me a bunch of paperwork to fill in and gave me a time limit for that. After I finished the paperwork I saw that there two women at the counter and considering the COVID situation I was waiting for them to finish up. After they left I went to the counter to give my first paperwork and the lady at the counter was so annoyed and said that she doesn't think the doctor can see me today because I was 2 minutes over the allotted time to return the paperwork (seriously!!!). I was completely shocked at this response and her tone was not kind either. I have never heard of such a ridiculous reason for not seeing a patient.

Dr. Baras is a sweet heart, my experience with her have been nothing but AMAZING! She delivered my twins, she takes time to listen to all of my concerns and she takes her time to explains things that I dont understand or issues that Iam worried about. She reassure me everything will be okay with different procedures she performed on me, that everything would be okay when I was very scared and worried. She is simply the best. I just love my obgyn dr.

Dr. Baras to me seems to be a sweetheart. She’s very honest and sincere. She’s timeley and helpful. I’m not sure why anyone would give her a negative rating.

Dr. Baras is an OB/GYN that listens when you speak and truly cares to take the time and efforts to help you. I’d just relocated to Balt. area when I got pregnant. Ive had extreme ADD and mild depression since childhood and was struggling to find a local Psych. that was : 1. Taking new patients 2. Taking insurance. I had called 150+ outdated listings w/ no luck. Dr. Baras took great effort to find a psych for me and put me on a safe med in meantime. I am so grateful to be in her care.

dont know what the bad reviews about Signature OB are about, I have loved all of my docs there...DrBaras, Dr. K, Dr. Holsey all amazing. you just have to cycle around and find who you click with. i also love that they are Hopkins docs, which means I know I am in good hands. Dr. Baras did my VBAC and she was so friendly - even at 3am. Also my nurse Stacy on L&D was so awesome, there with me all the way. if I have another baby, I am for sure going to HCGH and Signature.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman. She was the doctor we were hoping to get on day of delivery and I thanked my lucky stars she was at the hospital that day. She delivered our twins vaginally (not all will) and I have her to thank for my amazing recovery. I will forever be in love with the woman who brought our twins into the world the best way possible for me. She is kind, thorough, supportive, and just an amazing person. Thank you Dr. Baras!!!

I delivered my 5 child shortly after moving to the Baltimore area. My experience with Dr. Baras was my best to date. She was always prompt, her assistant kelly was so helpful and the didn't mind me bringing my other children to appointments. My delivery was fast and as luck would have it Dr. Baras was on call the night i came in. Will go back for my yearly exam to Signature.
