I've been to 13 specialists. I've discovered the longer you have to wait for the doctor the better chances are they are a good doctor. Dr. Mandel is worth the wait. He is one of the best. He's knowledgeable and personable. He gave me hope when I expressed I felt hopeless. The care is impeccable. Also, please give gold stars to the male nurse he's always warm and kind.

The office at Yorba Linda is wonderful and I'm so grateful to be able to go to Dr Mandel. He is a fabulous doctor and he has really helped me a lot with the pain from the arthritis.

I received a call that I was referred to hematology and wanted me to make an appointment, but I was never told I was referred to hematology, so it kind of came as a surprise to me.

Dr. Mandel would be a solid 10 but he's always behind and for some that's just not acceptable for me I'm looking to change providers I don't usually let it bother me but this time I mentioned I just went through a very difficult depression and that was it the appointment was over now I'm going to think that's all he's focused on it's happened before No I'm not going to hurt myself or anybody else I just stopped smoking I was expecting it so was my PCP

I find the parking a bit difficult. I'm handicapped, and although there are places reserved for UCIclients directly in front of the facility, they are all w curbs. There's only one handicapped parking place at the very end of the bldg. Poor access for a medical practice.

Very long wait. Need to leave patient in large waiting room by the desk until it is close to the time that the MD will see them. Very unpleasant sitting in the examining room for an extended amount of time. It would be better to wait in the reception area.

The whole staff from front desk to Nurses to Fellows of the Dr to Dr Mandel are always so positive. When someone like me is dealing w/a long term illness, it's so great to be made to feel like I'm obviously working hard, gaining some ground. I always appreciate the honesty and the cheerful vibe in the office.

Dr Mandel was very professional, caring, patient and very understanding. I have a family situation where I needed him to write a letter to confirm my diagnosis. I told him to take his time, the staff could call me whenever it was ready, he told me he would do it right away. What kindness/empathy. Mind you it was dark and after 1700 hrs. I'm forever grateful.

The person who met me and escorted me to the examination room was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. It was the type of interaction that I very much appreciate. I wish I could recall his name. He is an important reason as to why I took the time to complete this survey.
