Doctor Dan is Unprofessional
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my mother's appointment on February 28, 2025. My 89-year-old mother's appointment was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., and we arrived promptly at 10:10 a.m. Despite this, we waited until 11:25 a.m. before being seen.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays in a busy medical practice. However, I was deeply troubled by the doctor's response to my concerns about the significant wait time. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience and offering an apology, Dr. Dan suggested we leave the office due to his scheduling constraints. His further comment that patients routinely wait three to four hours was, frankly, unacceptable.I spoke with other patients in the waiting room, and it appeared that several others with 10:30 a.m. appointments experienced similar delays, suggesting a systemic issue with appointment scheduling or patient flow. Given that there is only one doctor in the office, this matter should investigation

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care
Telehealth
My 67-year-old mother, who does not speak English, recently visited Dr. Dang's office for a cardiology appointment. After her appointment, she asked the office staff for help in calling a transportation service for elderly patients, as she has been able to do at other doctor's offices. Shockingly, the staff refused to assist her, with Dr. Dang himself stating that no one in the office would help her with this matter because it would take up too much of their time. This experience was very distressing for my mother, as she relies on the kindness and assistance of medical professionals to help her navigate these situations. The refusal to assist her, especially when this kind of help is common in other medical offices, shows a lack of empathy and understanding for elderly patients and those who do not speak English. Healthcare providers should prioritize patient care and be willing to offer support, especially to vulnerable individuals like my mother. I would not recommend Dr. Dang

The office staff called me at the last minute
The office staff called me at the last minute 5 business hours before my appointment to let me know the insurance company and my GP had not authorized my appointment. They made this call 1/2 hour after verifying my appointment.

Extremally Dissatisfied – Feb 25, 2022

The doctor has a terrible attitude and I had to wait over than hour to get my grandmother in. And after politely checking in with the receptionist to see when I would be called in, she was nice and had respondly kindly saying we will be in soon. Howeve, after we saw the doctor he gave us a hard time. He raised his voice and got loud and red after telling us that if we want to be seen don't ask any questions. He REFUSED to see my grandmother for her HEART, some cardiologist. And sent the resuls to my family doctor and sent us on our way. Called to talk to the receptionist about it and guess what instead of resolving the problem they hung up mid sentence. Very professional right?
