Terrible customer service / receptionist
Wouldn’t usually write reviews for a doctors office but there’s a first time for everything. Not sure who the new receptionist is but because of her… 1 star. I am presuming a relative of the doctor. I called ahead of my appointment to let them know I had a work situation come up and would need to cancel. She said I better come otherwise she’ll charge me a fee for no show. I already thought I was kind enough to give them a few hours notice. And to end the call, she said go ahead and find a new doctor. Terrible customer service. Hopefully this receptionist doesn’t drive this doctors office down. I’ve been going here for over a year now. Not anymore, finding a new doctor has recommended by the lady.

What a wonderful doctor and human being. I've been seeing Dr. Bishwakarma for years (I've lost count). His staff is just as great as he is (Hi Judy!!). Caring and knowledgable. I drive 1.5 hours each way for my appointments, which can be longer because of the awful DC area traffic. I won't see anyone else... even if they're 1 minute away. Highly recommended.

I had an intolerable experience with a different nearby primary practice, & I was referred to Dr Bishwakarma. Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, easy to speak to freely, with such gracious listening and querying skills plus a very timely appointment were all instant reactions I felt. Had my physician in Florida from the start of his practice for many years. Moving here thought I would not find another but Dr Dan's practice is perfectly filling needs my 52 yrs (as a medical employee) needs.

I would not recommend Dr. Bishwakarma. His manner made me very ill at ease. I had a very acute and specific pain on my side. I shared symptoms and concerns and Dr said " he didn't know" and that was that. No further action. I had to ask for an xray. He didn't know what to write so what he wrote was denied by my insurance. They contacted his office and yet they never called me. I spoke with the Doctor and it was clear he did not care NOR have any interest in understanding/helping me. Very poo
